HIGHLY EXPERIENCED ENGINEERS
We have a dedicated network of highly experienced engineers with fully equipped vehicles and an extensive stock of parts to ensure that your appliance is back operational in the shortest possible time. All engineers have at their disposal GPS navigation systems and access to online ordering systems meaning that in the event of any part not being held in stock, it can be sourced and despatched without undue delay resulting in minimum downtime and disruption.
TAILORED SERVICE
In addition to traditional breakdowns, we can offer a wide range of tailored service contracts either direct with ourselves or via the manufacturer’s, planned preventative maintenance visits (PPM) and Annual Inspection & Safety checks and reports.

All our engineers are targeted on high expectations and levels of customer service, response and first time fix rates.

DEDICATED SERVICE
Our service operations are managed via a dedicated service landline help desk (local call rates) with full out of hour’s capability that has direct contact with all engineers. Our engineers are based in the Home Counties giving quick and responsive attendance times to all areas of London and the South East.

We are partnered with Roebb Installation Services to deliver our Electrolux Service Partner accreditation.
